Membership & Account Terms
To open an account at 777joy, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may open only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. 777joy reserves the right to close your account at any time if false information is provided. It is your sole responsibility to keep your login credentials and password completely confidential, and any unauthorized use must be reported to us immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions
All deposit and withdrawal requests must be completed through 777joy's designated payment methods. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are determined in accordance with the platform's current policy and may change at any time. All transactions must be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawal processing, and withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, 777joy reserves the right to temporarily suspend transactions on the relevant account until the investigation is completed.
Gaming & Betting Rules
Before participating in any games or betting activities available on 777joy, each member should carefully read the specific rules of each game. If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or system failure, 777joy reserves the right to void that round. Terms for using bonuses and promotional offers may vary, and each offer has its own wagering requirement. Any winnings obtained through fraud, system hacking, or manipulation will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed. 777joy's server logs shall be considered the final authority in determining game outcomes.
Prohibited Activities & Account Closure Terms
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse bonuses or promotions.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or gaming systems.
- Harassing other members or engaging in conduct that brings disrepute to the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
777joy reserves the right to seize account balances and pursue legal action for any of the above violations.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
777joy strives at all times to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons, and in such cases the platform's liability will be limited. If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first; if a direct resolution is not reached, the applicable alternative dispute resolution process will be followed. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. 777joy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the platform after changes are published will indicate acceptance of the new terms.
